Patricia Lizarraga is the managing partner of Hypatia Capital, issuer of the Hypatia Women CEO Index & ETF (WCEO). The WCEO measures and invests in American public companies with women CEOs, for performance diversification and impact. Ms. Lizarraga also Chairs the Audit Committees of both Credicorp Ltd. (NYSE:BAP) and Banco de Credito del Peru, the largest financial conglomerate and universal bank in Peru, respectively. She has over 30 year of Wall Street experience, and is a Trustee of the Museum of Art of Lima (MALI). Ms. Lizarraga holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Yale College,

Rachel Liverman, the force behind Glowbar, is a trailblazer in the beauty and wellness industry. Fueled by her own struggle to find an effective, convenient, and trustworthy source for consistent facials, Rachel founded Glowbar in June 2019. With her innovative spirit and hyperfocus on exceptional experiences, Rachel has propelled the brand’s 30-minute, results-driven facials to cult-following status. Rachel’s entrepreneurial drive and commitment to quality have not only shaped the brand but have also contributed to the industry's evolution. Rachel has taken her decade of experience in the beauty industry to develop a leadership style focused on creativity, business insight, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives through Glowbar's services. As Glowbar continues to grow, Rachel remains at the forefront, leading the charge in how we approach skincare and self-care.
Liz Neumark
CEO, Great Performances
Liz Neumark is the CEO and founder of Great Performances, a premier catering company in New York. She started the company in 1980 to provide women in the arts an opportunity to earn a living while pursuing their creative dreams. Over the years, Great Performances has become one of the nation’s leading catering firms, known for culinary excellence, impeccable service, and a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. In 1982, Liz opened a dedicated location in Soho, which marked the beginning of the company’s expansion. Great Performances then secured its first exclusive catering contract with Wave Hill Public Gardens in the Bronx and has since partnered with numerous cultural institutions, including the Apollo Theater, Jazz at Lincoln Center and Brooklyn Museum. Liz is a prominent activist in the food industry, engaging in initiatives such as food rescue, anti- hunger efforts, healthy food access, and local agriculture. In 2006, she established Katchkie Farm, the first organic farm owned by a catering company, which supplies fresh produce to the kitchens of Great Performances and offers a CSA each summer. Katchkie is also home to the Sylvia Center, a nonprofit she founded to address children’s health. Liz is an active board member of several organizations, including GrowNYC, the Fund for Public Housing, NYC Tourism + Conventions and is the Board Vice President of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce. In recent years, she moved Great Performances to Mott Haven in the South Bronx, tripling its space and contributing to local economic development. The company's public café, Mae Mae Café, was reopened as a vegan restaurant. A third-generation Manhattanite, Liz studied Urban Studies and Political Science at Barnard College. She is also an accomplished photographer and author of "Sylvia’s Table," a cookbook promoting seasonal cooking. Liz’s contributions to the food industry and her community have earned her numerous accolades, including recognition from Crain’s, City & State NY, and Barnard College. Through her leadership and commitment to community, sustainability, and New York, Liz Neumark continues to make a lasting impact on the food industry and beyond.

Jessica Eames

Jess is the Head of Business & Product Operations at Partiful, the social events platform revolutionizing the way we make plans IRL. Sara Gramling
Head of Brand & Community, Magnolia Bakery
Sara Gramling loves a good brand story and has been working in PR and marketing for nearly 20 years, managing product launches, store openings, partnerships and communications. For more than 13 years, Sara has overseen brand and community for Magnolia Bakery, spearheading collaborations with brands like Boy Smells, Monos, Keds and incredibles; leading external communications for the brand’s new store openings, product launches and events; and working across our community to build engagement off- and online. Prior to joining Magnolia Bakery, Sara worked for Kaplow Communications, focusing on developing strategic promotional campaigns for consumer tech companies, including Skype, eBay and Netflix, as well as Target and Rowenta. When she’s not developing brand stories, Sara is most likely to be found with her family at playgrounds and playspaces across Brooklyn, taste-testing almond croissants throughout the borough (Runner & Stone’s is a current favorite) and baking her way through the Great British Bake-Off cookbook, a guilty pleasure watch with her daughter. Sara graduated from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University with a B.A. in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in communications and the entertainment industry.
Caroline Vazzana
Author, Fashion editor, stylist
Caroline Vazzana is a fashion editor, stylist, influencer, and the author and founder of “Making it in Manhattan.” She began writing “Making it in Manhattan” back in 2015 while working at InStyle magazine, and subsequently launched her brand as one of New York City’s most colorful creators where she shares her tips & tricks and sheds light on the industry to the future fashion generation. Growing up in New York, Vazzana always had her sights set on the fashion industry in Manhattan. She started her career working at Teen Vogue and InStyle Magazines, where she came up with the idea for “Making It In Manhattan”, the future name of her editorial site, book, and now podcast - an outlet to share her journey, career advice stories, and unique sense of style. Today, Vazzana is involved in a wide range of social media brand collaborations and campaigns where she’s able to lend her unique eye, voice, style, and message to a multitude of brands. Vazzana also hosts a podcast called “Making it in Manhattan” that she launched in April 2023, where she continues to share her tips and experiences in fashion, as well as interview some of the industry’s biggest icons from Patricia Field, to Stacey Bendet, and Betsey Johnson to name a few. Vazzana is well known and loved in the fashion community for her Fashion Week coverage around the world, from her daily get ready with me videos, outfit of the day videos, and vlogs where she takes her followers behind the scenes, to sharing her authentic experiences in the industry and highlighting a range of brands, including using her platform to shine light on up and coming designers with unique messages and collections. In the past, she has styled celebrities for various red-carpet events such as the MTV Video Music Awards, The Tony Awards, and Comicon. Vazzana has also been featured for her unique sense of style on sites such as VOGUE, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, L’Officiel, and Vanity Fair.

Chavon sutton
Managing Director, Global investment research
Chavon Sutton is a Managing Director in the Global Investment Research Group at Cambridge Associates, where she conducts manager research and works with institutional clients to build sustainability – and impact – focused portfolios. Prior to joining Cambridge in 2020, she served as the inaugural Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Emerging Manager Strategy for New York City’s Bureau of Asset Management, the investment advisor to each of New York City's retirement systems. There, she led its growth strategy for investment in small, diverse and women-owned investment managers across all asset classes, supported the investment staff's sourcing and due diligence efforts, and created the Bureau's first blueprint for the integration of diversity factors in its investment process. Previously, Chavon was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Asset and Wealth Management where she managed investment portfolios for families and foundations. She began her career in corporate finance roles at Bank of America and RBC, covering Fortune 100 financial institutions. Chavon is a frequent speaker on sustainability issues, investing for social and environmental equity, and diverse manager investing. A native of Newark, NJ, Chavon is passionate about the arts and education. She is a classically trained Soprano and karaoke enthusiast. She is also an adjunct assistant professor at NYU Stern School of Business, and serves as a Vice Chair on Stern's Alumni Board and the Board / Investment Committee of The Peddie School. Chavon earned an M.B.A. and M.A. in Journalism/Business Reporting from New York University, and a B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania.
