Angelique Bellmer Krembs is a Chief Marketing Officer and DEI Champion. After two decades leading brand & marketing strategy at PepsiCo, she applied her CPG know-how on executive teams in other industries including leading a digital transformation agenda for a division of NewsCorp (media), and establishing the corporate brand strategy and activation for BlackRock (financial services). Known as a visionary “intrapreneur” and culture builder, she became a leader under Indra Nooyi’s “Performance with Purpose” mission at PepsiCo, and has led turnaround, growth and digital transformation for a variety of beloved brands and emerging businesses.

Angelique is passionate about pioneering new marketing frontiers, including new media models, new media measurement, new agency models, marketing technology, data-led insights and performance marketing, and new brand content strategies, as well as leveraging talent diversity to drive business growth.

Most recently, she has become Advisor and CMO-in-Residence at A.Team, a future-of-work platform that deploys elite tech builders and CXOs to digital transformation missions at startups and enterprise companies.

At the end of 2022, Angelique co-authored an acclaimed book about inclusive workplace culture called You Should Smile More - How to Dismantle Gender Bias in the Workplace, along with five other PepsiCo alumni. Together with her co-authors, the group co-founded The Band of Sisters platform, with a mission of elevating women in the workplace and advancing inclusive culture.

Angelique earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. She lives in Scarsdale, NY with her husband David and children Sophia and George. She is an adventure-travel enthusiast and is actively expanding her kitchen repertoire of authentic Persian cuisine.
