Band of Sisters

The Band of Sisters are six executive level women who have seen it all – from the bottom rung

to the boardroom. They met over the course of two decades in various roles at PepsiCo

between 1987 and 2016. During this time, they began to learn and value ways to advocate for

themselves and each other in their careers. Since then, they have gained operating experience

across more than 29 industries, from large corporations to small startups, and in many male

dominated industries. Each sister rose up to the C-suite at companies including the NFL, Keurig

Green Mountain, Equinox, ESPN, and BlackRock to name a few. They are now board directors,

industry advisors, and executive coaches. The Band of Sisters has co-written a book called You

Should Smile More – How to Dismantle Gender Bias in the Workplace. Their mission is to fight

unconscious bias in the workplace by bringing insight into inclusive leadership and work culture.
