CHANDRIKA SHRINIVASAN

Chandrika Shrinivasan is a Business Unit Head at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). She has 22+ years with global experience in handling relationships with global customer organizations. She has extensive international experience across US, Canada, Europe, APAC and LATAM. She has also lived in Belgium, UK and India in the past. She is a highly versatile leader with experience of delivering a wide variety of technology solutions within the Insurance and Financial services industries. She has a proven track record in aligning business strategy and technology goals resulting in increased customer revenue and cost efficiency.

She is very passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and supports multiple programs within TCS. She also enjoys working with local communities as a STEM evangelist & is very active with Chicago based NPO ‘Lumity’. She received the ‘Women Worth watching STEM’ award from Diversity Journal in 2017 and ‘Dream Builder 2021’ award from Indian Business Women conference. She also enjoys running, gardening and music in her leisure time.
