NIYA MOGRE

Niya is a Senior Finance Manager at Mercer (a business of Marsh McLennan), where she focuses on strategic financial decision-making and support for Mercer’s executive leadership team. Niya was part of Marsh McLennan’s Finance Leadership Development Program for MBA graduates, where she spent two years working across various roles in the finance organization prior to joining Mercer. She received her MBA from NYU Stern in 2018, prior to which she spent 5 years at Fidelity Investments specializing in tech product management for personalized investment management solutions. She has a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Niya is an avid reader, traveler, and foodie, which she balances alongside a healthy obsession with HIIT workouts.
