Ana Martinez, SHRM-CP celebrated her two year anniversary with T-Mobile and currently supports the New Jersey/Upstate Market. She has a laser-focus on contributing to the development of her teams! She’s worked closely with business leaders to elevate employee engagement practices and served on various HR- led initiatives such as the Northeast HR Mentorship Programs. Diversity & Inclusion  is in her DNA and she has had a hand in building the Manhattan-Bronx Diversity & Inclusion Chapter as a Co-Chair. 

Prior to T-Mobile, she was an HR Manager for Lowe’s Companies, supporting both the Signature and COR stores in the NY/NJ areas. In her role, she was a strategic HR business partner to provide consultative support to store management teams on all aspects of training, development, coaching, performance management and recognition.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations & Journalism from Seton Hall University. She is also SHRM-CP certified and holds a certification for Veteran Hiring.

Ana has an almost threenager (three year old, that acts like a total teenager) who is sassy and keeps her on her toes! In her spare time, Ana enjoys traveling with her family and is a semi-professional at securing flight deals!
